Looking to learn more about topping and LST

After a rocky first grow I eventually had 2 healthy plants! Once I figured everything out I had a healthy white northern lights extreme and healthy cement shoes! Well the cs outgrew the tent. She got about 5+ ft tall. Had to bend her over so not to burn. Should I start lst in the first weeks of veg? What's the best time to top?

its best to start lsting early on in the plants life, that way you can train it to bend and shape as you want it. even if your pinching tops out to manifold?? or train it for lollypoping, you start early in its life. search for lst/hst/manifolding and lolipoping. theres a ton of info on it here.
the micro grows have some good low stress training and high stress training info

TD I top after the third node, leaving me two spare nodes incase my top messes up and 4 colas below the top that'll catch up to the center colas.
