Definetly nor cal over michigan. I lived in chicago for a few years before movin out there and the midwest sucks compared to cali.
California and colorado (that's where im from n love to snowboard) are the best hands down. Only downside is so many other growers to compete witth. If ur just growin for urself then u got no worries.
