Thank you for the feedback, you have no idea how much I appreciate it, but I'm looking more for something around Clinton, Gratiot, or Ingham counties. Maybe even the West part of Saginaw county. But Howell is too far.
Any chance you know anyone else in those areas or may have something else in the near future?
I couldn't imagine causing any damage. I use automated irrigation and grow in raised tables/beds, and I keep my humidity low so I'm not gonna get the floor wet or cause mold damage. I have a friend that can put up temporary walls if there's a garage or barn. the most damage would be from running the lines for my mini splits through the wall to the outdoor unit. I've been on busy streets before, so I understand air pressure and filtration, and smell will not be an issue
I've been growing 2-4 lights in a spare bedroom of the houses I live in without informing my landlords for years and have always got my full security deposit back and could even use them as references. But I would like to run more lights so I'd prefer a landlord that knows I'm growing.
