firstly cn u tel me wot i will need to complete my set-up, i mean i hav a 4 pod hydroponic flood and drain system in a 1m x 1m x 2m homebox, extractor fans, sizes and co2 amounts etc, jus basic info really

I'm going to reccomend you stop smoking for about 6 hours, at which point in time you should visit this sight and get your thoughs/questions out in a normal fashion so we can understand what it is your asking.
