It is a supply problem. They only allow LP weed and they can not keep up with volume.
25 stores will stock out. IF there were 100 stores it would be worse.
In 1 year it will be open market so those lottery winners get 1 year ahead of the rest. It was 75 to apply and then a 6k deposit if you win and 50k line of credit and thats it.
But they will make money that first year. Once they are open the other dispenseries will probably have a team of special cops to go after them so you can only get it from the OCS or a store that sells their schwag.
What shows it is fixed is how many cannabis company names won it and not joe blow. Because 17500 applied or something. And you did not have to be a business. It was a letter of intent and you had 5 days to do the rest.
So it is a store that sells everything on the OCS website....
The product for sale in the quebec stores is identical.

That was the press release...it was on talk radio all week and i listen to it in the background while doing other things.
I still have about 3 oz of flowers left (and 4 pounds of strong coconut oil) and my critical mass is about 6 weeks from chop and 8 weeks from nice...I can make it.

It's almost as though it was created and is being run by a bunch of lazy uninformed know it alls trying to fake it until they make it. Oh wait, they just said itll be another few years before shortages are no longer an issue...... In an already existing industry that needed little more than a bit of regulation.
There is NO shortage. There is an abundance of OLD weed in storage they know they can't sell so it's easier to wait for edibles and concentrates to "hide" how old it is.

The dispensaries that were already up and running should have been grandfathered into licenses in my opinion. They were forced to shut down and threatened with fines of $250000. And would be banned from ever being able to have a licence if they stayed open

because anyone can grow it and get it for FAR CHEAPER and FAR BETTER than Any D will have up for grabs..
unless they SWITCH IT UP like some have already been CAUGHT DOING..
but RCMP never gave a fuck to bother investigating any BM sales,
so WHY THE FUCK SHOULD ANY ONE ELSE for that matter??

at no time has the province...even given thought to the old dispenser's being included. in what should have been an open market right from the get go.... .
These spots go to the 25 connected applications...personal friends of government...or those with connections or enough cash to buy a way in with someone who has clout....with the self-servatives...
