emily and greg got more callbacks for interviews than lakisha and jamal.

I'm sorry, but as far as I can tell, the study was conducted in a way that rules out any bias. You know random sampling, all that good stuff? That's the point of studies. It seems what you right wingers don't like is science, because reality has this way of destroying your world.

I just hired ( no feckin' lie ) Farvegnuggin Rashon Johnson Jr last week. Feckin' came in wearing a belt, a tie and spoke proper, unbroken, non-slang English. He might be a keeper. Had to chuckle about "Jr." part though.

No, I just wanted to know what they did with the resumes. I didn't want to read that garbage myself, and I knew I could say something like that and you would come charging to the rescue to tell me their methodology.

So thanks for looking that up for me. You might make a good secretary.

On a side note, I can't think of one place I've ever worked that didn't have black people working there, even places where I was the one hiring folks. And this isn't a very dark part of the south.

P.S. The black guy that worked for me was named James... That might be why he got called in for an interview. Darn, those darkies are smarter than ya think! They are starting to name themselves white names to keep us from finding out they are black. Sneaky bastards...

Ok so that's how it works then, might I suggest White Liberals and Black Rednecks to your reading list and until you have completely read it, I will lump you in a category and suggest what you are out of touch with reality.

Everyone has a reality. And everyone gets to define it. As for science might I suggest chemistry and biology? Might help with finding out the LD50 of alcohol and benzos on a human.

Thanks for putting a nice little label on me and lumping me in as a right winger, really helps your plight which basically seems to be categorizing and labeling based on stereotype.....cause that's really far from racism and all.
