Your problem will be height and heat. Think of the vertical space the soil will take up. Even a small one gallon pot is about 6 inches high which cuts your vertical space down to 22, my 250 HPS hood is 7 tall so then the vertical will go down to 15. I need minimum of 4 inches under my glass to not burn the girls, so there it goes down to 11. Thats 11 inch tall plants at full maturity, Lowryder will be the only way to go IMO. In addition, if this system will be enclosed the heat will be huge unless you are cool tubing and have great exhaust fans.
I use a cab thats only 33 inches tall and 250 HPS agro max bulb from seed to harvest and the Lowryder 2 mix. IMO get a taller cab I wish mine was 6 feet tall, bigger is always better if possible.
