lower buds are more frosty than tops

is that from light?it was 10 cm over my plant....now i raise it a bit about 20 cm from tops ...i can't find any other reason...can effect bud potency ?Any thoughts?light 2 led 80watts each

my ufo has a footprint about 2'x2' at a height of 36 inches, so to adequately cover 1.5'x1.5' I leave it about 15-18 inches away from the tops.... figure out how your footprint falls and go from there...
