ok. what can i do to raise my water PH
First off you need a PH meter. You cannot just guess. You may be suffering from PH lockout if your PH is below 5.6.

Once you get a meter there are various ways to raise the PH including store bought chemicals or baking soda.

guys im having the same exact problem as the thread starter. the pictures look identical to my plants but let me give you guys a quick run down.

plants are 1 month into flower and i noticed a tiny bit of the lowest leaves turning yellowish brown and dropping about 5-7 days ago. the plants are pretty big ranging from 2 1/2 ft- 40" tall. i got plants that are a little crowded 40 plants on a 4 x 4 ft white tray. all plants are in 4" squared rockwool cubes in an ebb n flow system and there getting flooded 3 times during lights on for 7 minutes. the ph has been pretty much 5.6-5.8 the entire flower period. running sensi 2 part bloom, big bud, bud candy, and b-52. the plants as a whole look extremely healthy and i can tell its gonna be a very good harvest at the end. almost forgot i had my tds at 500 (ec x 500) for pretty much the whole first 2.5 to 3 weeks and i only raised it up because i thought i was underfeeding when i saw some leaves droppin. now for the first time tonight i got the tds at 800 hoping the problem stops. for the past few days i had the tds at 700 and like 3 days before that 600. i always check the leaves when the lights come on and as of now i havent noticed the problem stopping yet, unless this is normal and theres nothing i can do about it

so what do you guys think? is there any way im keeping the ph too low or underfeeding and thats causing the problem?
