Hey guys, I can't get any pictures at the moment as my phone isnt good enough to zoom in clear enough to see the spots.

They are pretty well isolated to the lower two sets of leaves for now. Brownish goldish tinge starting all over as dots and spreading. I dont' think it is nute burn as i just started it's nutes at 1/4 strentght a few days ago. The new growth since nutes is nice and green and growing well but it seems to be the old growth from the first two weeks when the plants were stunted where it is changing color...I say stunted because the ph was high and they grew at 1/4 the rate of the one I had in soil. This is hyrdoponic.

I also only have a ph kit that tests between 6 and 7.6 where 6 is yellow and 7.6 is blue. It comes out to yellow but I'm not sure if it could be too low... Any help would be appreciated.

Could be pH. But when you say its spreading that might mean spider mites, get a magnifying glass and look for moving stuff. Goodluck

I'm not going to say im right but in my experience my fan leaves died off as my "node plants/clones internode-newgrowth " (I really dont know what to call it LOL)started to get bigger they would yellow then die off as if used up ya know like it was feeding the newgrowth it was adjacent to then it eventually flaked off. Not sure if its healthy but I know it never hurt ME it seemed natural enough to not cause worry IMO

It's hard to say without pictures but the pH problem is probably responsible for those leaves looking how they do. If you are growing in soil you need to keep your pH between 6.5 and 6.8. I haven't done hydro before but I think the ideal pH for hydro is 5.8. You're going to need a better pH test kit than that if you're doing hydro. Here is a chart to help you with the nutrient availability at different pHs in soil and in hydro:
