What other legal source is there?

Dispensaries arent an option, growing not an option.

I dont have any friends that could help.

I like what I have, I want more choices though. I would like to stop crockpotting and getting oil direct with known active levels. The biggest problem I have with the program is the government. Otherwise, dispensary or LP, someone is making money off me. I havent experience any shady business from Tweed. From this thread I know Ill stay away from Cannimed. And I dont even want to think of all the stuff that goes on with those dispensaries.

I feel sorry for your wallet if your buying LP weed to make oil...

Why are dispensaries not an option? Most do mail order and will accept your MMPR script. At least you'll know that theyre trying to support patients. Also regardless of choice, LP, or otherwise, someone is always going to make $$ off of you. Who would you rather? The LP's with a legal license growing 10k+ plants and charging above black market for worse quality and irradiation? Or the guys providing dispensaries, who do also make $$ but nowhere the gouging LP's provide, and better quality and variety. With the freedom to choose to shop around at different places. Instead of making you go back to your Dr. every time you want to try someone new, with most of the exact same strains and poor quality. When is the last time you heard of a patient being prosecuted for shopping at a dispensary? Not talking growing either, just purchasing as a patient in need who has proper medical documentation.

Maybe they own both.
It would make sense to try and own the front door and the back.
I still don't understand how it's so easy for all these guys to register with cc's. I've called almost every single one and they all want the same paperwork as the Lps and to call my Dr.
Thank god for good friends and rebels.

Maybe, I'm pretty sure VCBC is run by Ted Smith. Brother of Owen Smith. So not sure if they would get into bed with an LP. It would be pretty profitable it you could own both though and I'm sure it won't be too long untill that happens.

Have you tried weeds glass and gifts in T.O? I hear all they require is a prescription bottle. No Dr recommendation

I like to know who grows it and whats in it, which isn't information given by most dispensaries. Dispensaries are way more expensive than Tweed. The quality is pretty close. And finally, I dont want to break the law. The only reason I would try a dispensary is to get edibles or extracts.

Went back to my doc to switch LP's, started talking about my issues with the places. basically told "yea, and" to every issue, and they are going to start giving out free things to rehydrate the weed.

The change of clientel from now compared to when I first went into the doctor was amazing.
Instead of older smart retired/professional people, it looked like high school kids as customers.
bunch of brats or whatever anyone older would say.


We should get a list going of CC/dispensaries that will let people register with a copy of documentation or picture of an LP client card. I really dont think my doc gives a fuck about helping, and I know someone that asked and they wont give a note for a CC.

I know it's not an LP review, but I signed up at 2 new ones today, I'll post some reviews when I order and it arrives.

And in fact if for some reason shitty bud was used to make the oil or food then it will transfer over to the end product.

What is your main reason for not growing? you can not grow 4 plants in a small tent? off my 2 plant runs I get at least a half a pound, not enough for me for 2 months but it sure cuts down on my expenses and I know what the fuck is in and or on the bud (I never treat for bugs in flower, and I only use neem in veg for preventative sometimes.) So I only cook with my herb and I smoke what I buy elsewhere. Also I use cotton filters when I smoke because it is proven that they actually reduce pesticides inhalation by like 60% when used when smoking and it does not reduce medical effect, it actually might even enhance the high from my experience.

it is more of less why cigarette companies use them, it is to reduce all the shit they spray on the plant when growing.

Well those statements are simply FALSE, how many dispensaries have you looked into? Also the LP's wont tell you what they use. ESPECIALLY if its any of the 6 pesticides they're allowed to spray up to and including harvest.................Dispensaries dont irradiate either. With that alone whatever Tweed sells has NO medical value as the terpenes and cannabinoids have been irradiated. Oh and theres the fact NO studies have been done on the consumption of combusted irradiated cannabis.

Just saying Those arguments dont make any sense. Also how many patients have been arrested for obtaining meds from a dispensary in Canada in the last 15 years?

Could you please provide any documentation on how a cotton filter reduces pesticides?

Just got my first order from a CC.
I'm basically on board with the boycott.

I'm not going to be vulgar about it, but when you dont have good weed, and your smoking that LP shit, boy can it make you upset thinking about it.

Basically they are not the same thing. It looks like weed, has some minor smell, and taste like weed, kind of burns like weed. But they are 2 totally different things.

Somehow they took some amazing plant and fuck it all up.

2 Joints of FREE extra sample weed that came with my order, is probably stronger than probably 7-12 grams of the LP weed. its retarded.

I knew as soon as I touched the buds more than just looking at, once I started ripping into them, and cutting them with the scissors, and later putting some in the grinder. I knew immediately this was what I wanted.

I bought 3 grams of weed for $27 bux from the cc, they gave me an extra 1.12 grams of some $9/gram weed.
the 3 grams easily provides about the same "medication/thc/overall reduction in anxiety" or however you would describe it as probably 22-28grams of the LP weed.
the freebie bag to try, of 1.12 grams, is easily equal to 14-20 grams of LP weed.
That $27 dollars I spent, over 4.12 grams of weed, is easily worth over $290 worth of the LP weed I have been having access to buy.

BC bud is better than Cali medical, and alberta street weed is above this LP shit in terms of quality, not price.

Something seems "missing" from the LP weed, on top of the fact its too dry, and burns like WTF, and the effect leaves you so fast it seems designed to babysit after 60 minutes, and its too expensive

Well they were all sold the same week cuts to start with, so that might play a part in why the weed is soooo shit.

That's more like what I was getting. Spicy and a deep smell. Only slightly citrus at times, like when you rip a bud and really stick your nose in there.

I don't see the fruityness people are talking about.

I felt like that at times until I got my first broken coast batch. It's a whole other level compared to the other producers I've been with.

I would agree with you for the most part, you were with the worst LPs.
I had Hawaiian Snow from a dispensary back home and it was really really nice.

I'm hoping to have grow rights restored by the time I expire with broken coast.
