Love their weed hate their prices.. It's a bit out of hand.
They view income as income. Revenue canada sends tax bills to all illigal growers who get caught for the estimated income rc thinks they made.

Even the cops look at weed for its monetary value.
One seedling regardless male or female is $1000 as far as their concerned.
Doesnt matter the health risks or anything else to them its $1000.
The laws are ridiculous and for any adult with any real life experience to think otherwise is a joke.
Sometimes i wish i could get really medicated and sit in a courtroom, and too most it would bore them to tears but i would be to busy sitting the in the corner laughing that people still think like their great grandfathers did 100 yrs ago.

wouldn't that be something if the CRA sent letters to all DG's asking how much they get paid in order to tax it
You think they haven't already? No one believes they do it for free. If you're a dg and not claiming any income from it you'll probably be audited.

People forget that having a dg means having access to buy it from your dg at the cost of production.
No dg ive ever heard of gives their patients meds.
And i know a few that use it both ways and claim costs of growroom improvements and equipment on their taxes.
So yes they do pay tax on that income. At least the smart guys i know did.

That's what I'm saying. The dumb ones don't pay and get audited and have to pay back taxes.

What if your DG is your brother/sister/cousin/uncle/etc? Or your wife/husband? You think a family member is going to charge you like other DGs? Probably not, they just want to grow meds to see you better. Should they have to claim that as income when it's not? And why shouldn't they get the benefit of a tax break for medical deductions?

Yeah i have had five strains from them chemo ,sour d, plusberry ,pure kush and green crack all except pure kush were good but for 45 grams it costs me 11 x 45 = 495 add 59$ in taxed plus 17.50 to ship almost 600$ a month that is outrageous i was forced to search for cheaper meds i talked to a buddy of mine with tweed an he said they are in full motion now an have good strains available i can get some killer hindu kush fpr 4.20 a gram with free shipping as of now i have no choice i need my meds i know you guys hatelps but i had no choice

I didn't like the pure kush either. The recon sucked too. They compensated me for it though so it's cool in the end.

Im not sure how that works tbh.
Im not nor have i ever been a dg.
I do know a few and all their patients were family members and friends that didnt live together.
They paid very little but they paid. And the dgs claimed hydro nutes the works every year.
I suppose if ur not charging someone its technically not income but then u dont get the write offs? I dunno
I am very curious now tho
All good questions. It would be up to the dg to explain the situation to cra if audited. I'm not suggesting they should have to pay tax if they're not profiting from being a dg.

I had high hopes for them and delta9 because I want little guys like that to beat out the millionares, but thatis shameful. How can they justify charging that much? It costs them a fraction of that to produce it. Disgusting. And then they hide behind the idea of 'compassion'.
