LST! Am I doing it right?!? *Pics inside*

So I took the tape off all of them fucked up some leaves but I bought floss thumb tacs and paper clips to tie them down instead but have no idea how to tie knots around the stems without constricting them also where to tie and pull down....

Just do a normal knot, as long as you dont tighten it to much you'll be fine tie a piece of string around the start of the stem and tape it, then You can tie the rest of the plant. When new growth appears, Tie back new leaves, allowing as much light to the stem to help new growth. Good luck!
