LST CFL grow 1st timer!!!

hello everyone, i am attempting to do an LST grow with cfls with one plant.

the plant was a normal shitty street weed seed that had been outside for 3 weeks or so, when i decided to bring it on in with my bright idea!

it had been under lights for 2 and a half days 24/0 and its under 2 23w/100w cfls. i bought the second lamp today and the mylar space blanket to improve my idea.

Looks good bud .Did you have a fan on her ? is it a female for sure? You dont want to go through all this for a male lol. I would try to enclose it completely with your mylar as it will def make a big difference Let me know how it goes PEACE the BUD SIZZLER

i do have a fan and i am going to get a new better one... not sure its female but im 80% because my other 2 turned out males or hermi from seeds and this one hasnt shown sign of male, and if it is i will most likely buy some seeds. i have a flap that comes down but it makes a lot of noise when i sleep .... i might make a door like thing that velcrows together...

Hey boss its the sizzler, Overall looking pretty healthy nice thick leaves apparently. Yea you should get a girl ive got my fingers crossed for ya . Do you know or have you smoked the strain yet? Having that complete reflection really does wonders . It gives the plant like almost double the light and it looks like you have used the camping blanket type which is exacytly what i use . My girls love it. keep me posted my newbie fellow gardener THE SIZZ

highlife hell ya lst is fun its entertaining.... this is my first grow with lst and lights

update!!! i planted 7 mech seeds in some sort of hope they will pop up in under 24hours! i wanna have some backup incase this one isnt a female
i really want to buy some feminized seeds for like 10$ and just go to work with em!

Looks super green I like! I'm growing a master kush fem seed I bought off attitude off the pick n mix for like $9 or some shit, it's nice cause you can clone the hell out of it and know it's a fem. just gotta watch out for hermies...

well i got new light from my friend and a new fixture i will set up tomorrow after classes...this is a much better vegging light 6500k
i hope my seeds pop up my tomorrow morning... :) my friend also gave me a starburst seed i will plant tomorrow as well labeling it clearly!

Hey buddy hows it hangin lolol Yea yea the 6500s are great for veg as the plant does not need all the hids at this point. As i try to obey the rules here cause i aaaaaaaaaaaaaaalove this place I still sometimes forget even as a registered grower I cant just go and give away or sell seeds loolol I always am thinking of my friends I guess lolol let me see some pics of your new set-up when its ready ok boss I have some nice ones on cfl growing, just look under my profile and go to my actual threads that I have posted. I think its under woopsand light probs get back let me know what ya think PEACE THE SIZZ

PIC_0212.jpgikeep remodeling the dang thing! i got my new fan i can put up top and get better circulation and whatnot and i have my seed germinating in a bag hanging next to the 6500k CFLs
i put my seed/seedlings in the dirt under their own lamp at close rane so they will pop up and i can use the 6500k for em :) i might just invest in another 6500k because a spare is good to have and i have like 4 flowering 2700-3000k cfls




I TOOK THE 3RD LIGHT OUT IT WAS MAKING THE TEMP SKYROCKET!

:leaf:sorry for the late reply! it hits 92 at its max! but when its 89 in my whole house it doesnt concern me especially when i have it well watered and multiple fans devote to their sweet sweet air blowing abilities to this one plant and few seeds :leaf::D :D:leaf: it keeps growing fine and i think it also has to do with it being street shit weed which generally is grown in the equitorialish areas...
