LST first time!!!

so I just read loads about this subject and decided to give it a go, I'm using a really small clone that has not long rooted. I read that the plant should be about a month old is this true?? anyway the clone I'm using is not a month old and hasn't really started growing new leaf sets, is this going to cause problems??? also I read that I should put the plant in a large pot and use this throughout it's life, well I'm going to atempt to keep this plant really small so I planted in a 7" pot. my aim is to flower when I only have 3-4 grow tips! this is only an experiment and I don't really know what I'm doing so any help would be great!! I'll post some pics later!!

You should try a bigger pot for bigger roots for bigger buds. Just LST and then Lolly pop . Maybe even topit.

you do have to be careful when your tugging that you don't uproot the plant
a good thread here somewhere advises a counter tie when starting an LST
i did manage my LST without a counter tie, but i was nervous when i did it

I just read that guide myself and I did use the counter tie, I shit it when I was bending her, I was sure she was gona snap!! lol I was also thinking of toppin the mother of the clones, she has been in flower now for just over a week. I'm unsure coz I don't wanna stress her. I already had to re-pot her a day in! what do u think good or bad idea?? will it stall flowering??

yeah, the 1st lst is a trick, it's just a bit scary
you're not supposed to top after starting flower, you might get away with it, 1 week isn't too long
may depend on the strain, some strains take a long time to actually fower

it's the indica that is my avatar. don't think I'm gona risk the topping just yet I'm gona read loads more first I think!
