lst in week two of flower

i tied down the top cola on one of my girls a little bit today. it responded instantly by reaching right back for the light within hours.

now, about 6 hours later, the cola that i tied down is just sorta lying sideways below the light... it doesnt look a healthy sideways, just sorta... meh.

as long as its still holding sideways and not bent entirely over i should be okay, right?

it just looks a little stressed.

also, would it speed up recovery if i undid the tie and let it grow naturally for a bit?

I always lst. Last kush, i creased the main.
I mean it had what looked like a fold in it. Didn't break, just folded.
As long as the stems not snapped in half, you should be ok. (ended up making it easier to grow sideways)
I grow all my mains (T5 lighting)horizontal.
Make sure your tie isn't cutting the stem, or make sure it's only stem you got tied, no leaf, or potential growth in the tie.
I use 2" rubber coated paperclips, and 4" garbagebag ties, works great.
If it's not some other issue, they will grow sideways.
