LST looking for advice compliments and suggestions +rep for helpful information

Thanks a lot guys this is all very useful, I'm going to post some more pictures up when I get home and then you can all let me know if you think I'll be ready to start flowering. One questions about LST and flowering though. Do I want to take off the ties when I start flowering or halfway through or do I keep maneuvering the stems to make space and get good lighting throughout the whole cycle? I'll also end up posting pictures of the plant a little into flowering for help trying to figure out it's sex. (I don't currently have a microscope, but I'll get one)

Alright everyone, tell me what you think so far! I just sprayed the plant down with "Safer Brand Ready to Use Tomato and Vegetable Insect Killer" I started the 90w LED yesterday and i have the light cycle set to 20/4, I'll change it to 18/6 tonight probably. When and what is the best way to check if the plant is female preferably without having to put it into flowering If it's female I'd rather keep it as a mother plant and take clones from it for a while.

Also I just looked at the days that I took the first picture of the plant and it was on 7/17/13 so this plant is actually 2 days from being one month old... I don't know why I thought it was so much older.
