Hello so my autos are into their first 2 weeks and I have just started some lst. First time I am doing this

so my question is how early do you start and will it make a big difference or am I wasting my time?

Pictures of your outcome would be beneficial, or just your story's, tips and tricks

Yanked right over @~3weeks and kept restrained half way through flower. I kept pulling her down as she grew. All branches were held down vigorously.

Outcome. ALL the branches are as tall as the main cola, they're just too heavy to stay up. Getting chopped tomorrow night. 2 of 3 plants that had LST produced at least double the bud.

That was under HPS. I've since switched COBs and my plants are throwing branches so fast, I've just topped 2 them. This should be a fun experiment. :bigjoint:

i start as soon as my branchs are as wide as my pot then i tie all the main branchs down and do the same to the lower ones when they appear/grow to the size of the pot
