LST - Should I "unleash the beast" in flower?!

So - did a nice job (I think), LSTing my 3 plants on first grow... Now into 4th week of flower and feel some of the branches may be getting held back from stretching a bit... When this far into flowering, I would be shocked if main stem wanted to start growing straight towards light... the main stem is following outside loop of smart pot and stay a few inches from it and wraps about 3/4 around 5 gallon pot with other branches tied down to make canopy even...

What I am wondering is, should I take all of my ties off the branches and main stem now and let the girls be a little more free to stretch? I have a 72" tent and they are only taking up bottom 24" up as of now... my only fear was the main stem somehow starting to straighten out and my 2 foot plants suddenly reaching to 4 or 5 feet and nearing the lights... Any/all input is appreciated!

Welcome ! 4th week in flower the plant shouldn't be growing too much more in height, certainly not from 2 ft to 6 ft. I do not really see any benefit from removing them tho. The plant will get to the light no matter what you have tied down.

Your mileage may vary !

Thanks so much! My only thought of advantage was getting the branches to stretch towards light and getting bud sites a bit further away from soil and the moisture and or nutrients that may bounce off of soil from waterings/ feedings... Hmmmm sounds like not huge gain either way...
