That's hardly lst lol you have to tie back branches not leafs. But it is a great idea to lst and top, gets you alot higher yields. It's less important though if your an outdoor grower.
Plants naturally grow like a Christmas tree, which works well for sunlight because the as the sun moves through the sky it lights up different sides of the plant, but indoors you only have one fixed light source , so lst, topping, and super cropping is very important in that situation.
Lst and topping outdoors can help make your plant more manageable though, but not super beneficial.

Tying back your big fan leaf is "thinking outside the box" but I don't think it will do much for you...your new set of leaves in your top site will develop with the fan leaves as they are...

Here are mine at 4 weeks before LST and super crop and right after. I did LST on The Black on the right and super crop on the Blueberry on the left as they are shorter and bushier...
