Any efficient methods of lst in dwc setup? I'm using 5 gallon buckets (4) in a 4x4x6 tent. I need suggestions on tying my plants to train them but trying to go thru the least hassle. Any suggestions or tips would help. This is my first grow by the way

I'm in soil, but LST is pretty much the same.
You just need to figure out how to fabricate tie downs in your space. - anchors, edges of pots, etc. try to keep a minimum of mess down low
I didn't succeed, but I tried --- I had pipe cleaners everywhere (but the white stand out nicely).
Use a thick, soft wire or store bought products to tie your plants as desired.

I used the soil / edge of the pots as anchors and pipe cleaners as my tie downs.
I'm new - pipe cleaners are weak, and I bent a bit of spring action into them so that branches I had been too aggressive with would have a chance to flex the spring / pull the anchors from the soil. --- That saved me a couple times.

Next grow the training wheels are off - I'm using thick coated solid core electrical wire (because it's in my tool box).

I don't - deleted from my phone. I think there are some views of them in my grow journal, but there's definitely better examples here on RIU.

Try the search bar for LST - I googled endlessly and ended up manifolding with LST.
Happy with how it went - definitely room for improvement!
GL with yours

I was def thinking of that. Doing that, would I have to worry about pulling the stems that are higher up? Or will it basically grow how I pull it from the base? I also want to top
Just tie em higher on branch, if needed.
Pull em down gently.

Thumbtacks / cotton string ( kite ) ...... Push pins around plastic bucket , loop string around branch , secure .

I do that on my Hempy buckets. Easy Peasy.

I'm using a 25 pound fishing line which I thread threw the pot's lip/rim which I've drilled holes into. I do a basic loose rap and tie them at the rim.

Is that paracord?
Either way - that will work. --- I used cotton line for a couple branches when I ran out of pipe cleaners.

A couple things I was told:
Careful - branches snap (repair with tape)
Since you're using cordage, you'll want to know these knots (if you don't already) - bowline, trucker's hitch

Once you start, you'll get it.

Appreciate that I'll keep it in my notes
