LST is just tying the growing tip down, so the plant branches out without topping. Why top it? Tie it down again, and strain back towards the container.

Well you don't have to. Topping gives similar results as LST. You are trying to get multiple colas and an even canopy. Just keep it tied down until those branches start growin fast the original top. The second pic you can see how I tied the main stem to the right. And the first is a top shot with the same main stem that has turned back up. You can see how the branches are shootin up to catch up.

sweet yea ok cool i wasnt really sure what to do from here but i guess ill just keep tieing down then,,, um some1 said that cloths hangers would be fine to do so,,, and some1 else said to use string that the hanger is a bad idea i got a shit load of hemp 4 my neckleases can i just use that to tie down with ???
