here u go basically ur training you plant to stay low and not just grow strait up the upside it increases yield and keeps your plant low when space may be a prob the only down side i see is when time to feed the plant kindoff covers your soil depending on how u train

Yeah it will make low shrubby plants. I learned about his method from searching LST on Youtube. It's 'low-stress training' or something like that where you gingerly tie your plant back down towards to the soil to reduce it's height profile. =)
