LST'd my plant a little late, possibly?

I LST'd my plant a little late, wondering if the other stems will grow up to nearly as much as the main cola at this stage, or is that the limit? They're at least 3 or 4 weeks into flowering so I don't notice much upward growth. When I bent the main cola over the other stems on the side began to grow somewhat. Its been a few days since I did it...

View attachment 2692730SAM_2051.jpg This is my second grow. Its a Mohan Ram from Sweet seeds. Also, wondering what you might think the yield maybe, in terms of decent, low, etc.

Thanks very much !!!

If you can, try getting that main stem horizontal (like if it was planking so-to-speak).. since your using long cfl tubes, it should help even out things~

You could also SC the part where you tied the string on the main stem~

The low branches won't reach the top cola, you need to create an even canopy while they are still in veg and first 2 weeks of flower. Bending over the main cola did give the lower branches more light it seems, so that's good. Hard to say what yield will be, probably not a lot. If you have bloomed under a flourescent light before it will likely be similar to last time. You will see much better results under a HPS light.

Cannawizard, are you saying pull the main stem down lower? I don't understand.

Also what is SC?

Sorry, newbie here!

Thanks for your responses! Much appreciated!

sorry bout that, wish i could show you in picture form instead of words (which sometimes doesn't really help out as much)
what i meant was-- since your running long cfl tubes, try LSTn the main branch "lower" --almost to a point that its horizontal (LOL used the wrong word!!)
-- like sideways pretty much~

SC is super-cropping, which is pretty much a technique growers use to help strengthen the stem walls and delay vertical growth (its done by applying pressure with your pointing finger & thumb.. squeezing the stem until you feel a crunch, your not trying to snap off the stem, your merely inflicting stress by fracturing stem walls) your plant will recover and the area you SCd on the plant will be more rigid.. theres probably a better explanation of this technique on another thread~

cheers
