Lucid Dreaming and helpful drugs?

check out this no drugs needed......peace

when I was into lucid dreaming I didn't use any drugs, purified the body and meditated a lot.

likewise, dreaming has everything to do with self-being, piece of mind ..

Even if you had killer bud, it won't guarantee you will get that effect in a dream .. that's you sub-conscious at work ..

I have been looking into Silene Capensis / African Dream Root. It seems very similar in dose and effect to the Synaptolepis kirkii that ANC was talking about. Anyone know of or try this stuff?

Honestly a legal herb that would help would be Valerian Root it has effects on the GABA receptors such as valium, klonopin, and xanax. You can buy some of the root at probably any organic store and brew up some tea with it. If you want add a bunch (like 600 grams) of organic poppy seeds to achieve an mellow morphine high that will last a good while probably 8+ hrs if you have no tolerance. The two should put you out and the Valerian root definitely gives me crazy dreams while I'm asleep. Though I've always had crazy dreams that make absolutely no sense to me since I was a child. Once I had a dream giant talking moles took me under ground from my house to my elementary school and everyone was sitting in their desks but they were all cardboard cut outs of themselves and so was the teacher, and the sky was filled with flowers and foliage. That dream was the craziest and most vivid one I've ever had and will probably never forget it. Anyways even if you don't fall asleep and have strong lucid dreaming you'd at lest be in a nodding/relaxed/trance state where you could experience some type of subconscious dreaming while still being able to control your thoughts as you wouldn't be fully asleep.

HOnestly, when I was younger, diphenhydramine always helped, I can just do it now, but back then, I would trip on benadryl -.- but anyways, if you take about 12-14 benadryls, or I guess anything over 250-300mgs, you will have lucid dreams during the trip, it leaves you in half dream, half awake mode, and during the trip, you don't know if what is happening is real or not, the way I distinguished them was I tried to fly while sitting at my desk and it worked a few times, because really I was sitting at my computer desk with my eyes closed, dreaming.. Then sometimes I would be at a business meeting or eating lunch, and would try to fly and it worked, then again I was really just at my computer desk.. But you really do dream and sometimes know you are dreaming on it so.. Try it out, if you don't like it, its whatever.. Lol

But any hallucinogen really helps, I just think that one does specifically

I know, I was saying diphenhydramine, DPH, diph. Dex is totally different lol.. I just tried it when I was a teenager dude what do you expect? Lol, and he asked what drugs helped, so I told him what helped ME..

Synaptolepis kirkii / uvuma-omhlope, also knows as mother in law's tongue.
Its nice and fluffy when ground up.
Take about 400mg before bed. Shit will blow your mind.

The bioassay-guided fraction of a dichloromethane extract from the roots of Synaptolepis kirkii using neuronal viability as a model allowed the isolation of the new daphnane orthoester kirkinine (1a) as a powerful neurotrophic constituent.
What are neurotrophins? :
Neurotrophins are a family of molecules that encourage survival of nervous tissue.
A molecule, usually a protein, that will facilitate the growth or repair of nerve cells.
A protein, such as nerve growth factor, that promotes nerve cell growth and survival.
That sounds to awesome to be true.

Dream Herb was traditionally used by the Chontal Natives of Oaxaca, Mexico. It would be prepared as a tea and drank while smoking a cigarette made up of the Calea zacatechichi foliage just before going to bed.
Those who partook of the Dream Herb were able to experience lucid dreaming; the ability to control and remember their dreams with less effort. Auditory hallucinations are also fairly common, which prompted the Chontals, believing they were hearing the voice of God, to refer to Calea zacatechici as Leaf of God.
Exactly how Dream Herb (Calea zacatechichi) effects the brain is not well understood. Modern studies have shown an increase in brain activity during sleep and some minor hallucinations of subjects when awake.
The Dream Herb seed packs contain hundreds of thousands of seeds, give or take. We pack a 2-inch by 3-inch baggie full of seed clusters which contain hundreds or thousands of the itty-bitty seeds.

diphenhydramine is benedryl, it is also unisom and the pm part of tylenol pm.

If had some of the craziest dreams I've ever had on a light dose of Valium (diazapm), like 10mg. Too much and you can't remember anything. I haven't experienced anything with some of the other benzodiazepenes like xanax (alprazolam) or klonopin (clonazepam). They area little more common, but won't help with what you are talking about. They just make you kind of passed out, I'm not sure if you are even dreaming in that state.

This sounds pretty interesting. I have had lucid dreams in the past but very infrequent. Even if this stuff doesn't help to promote lucid dreaming the other effects described on the shamanic extracts website are enough to make me want to give it a try. If I get more lucid dreams as a result that's even better. I think I am gonna order some and see how it goes. It's relatively cheap so as long as it doesn't make me grow a tumor or something I won't be dissapointed if it doesn't do anything spectacular.

lol, its only new to the west.
Gave some to the wife last night as she wanted to watch tv till late, she woke up all chirpy, and said she dreamt alot.

The anti-smoking drug, Chantix, is supposed to give you vivid dreams. 2 people I know have quit using it and said their dreams were more realistic, but they had no control over them.

When I was younger, I used to be able to lucid dream. The key was knowing that you were dreaming. I had my best dreams with either a tv or radio on exremely low volume, low enough to not be able to make it out, but loud enough to hear. These sounds kept part of my counciousness aware that I was dreaming with out actually waking me up. Dreams that would have terrified most kids were my favorites. Hoardes of zombies and no weapons but my bare hands, vampires, werewolves, and anything else my imagination could bring up. I wish I could still do it.

A small piece gos a long way, you use like a tiny bit at a time, tastes like chewing weat or grains..
