yeahhhhhh, i knew when i picked a load of OG's to flower i'd get less...still hurts a bit! Had the gas man drama n stuff so i'll shut up and take the 53..its better than taking everything down at week 7ish. onwards!

Do you know the cheapest way to get a good PAR/PPF reading without spending £100's? I have a lux meter but that doesn't seem like the best way to measure with much accuracy.....

lux/69 is as close as you'll need, dude. So for example 60000 lux / 69 = 869.5
Im pretty sure for the white leds thats good enough. Ive questioned it here a couple times and none of the gurus said anything, so....its good enough for me!
a decent lux meter is 10 or 15 quid

Yeah, I tried working it out in my head a while back when I was stoned and I came up with 77,000 lux = 1000 PPFD which going by your method is pretty close.
I seem to remember you mentioned the 69 figure a couple of years back in fuk420 and a few of the "gurus" took the piss....still, LED's don't grow weed as you've proved

£140 for strips and driver. Strips are £42 a piece and driver £57 including delivery. Digikey don't charge for delivery if you spend over £30
TME charge £5.70 for delivery, I think.

The money I was expecting to hit my account today didn't appear and won't until Tuesday so I have to wait until then. Bit annoying but I can wait an extra few days. Was planning to get the HLG-240H-C2100A with the dimmer you adjust with a screwdriver.
Got 3 plants in veg under my blurples and they won't be ready to flip for another 3-4 weeks I think. Still, next week they'll have a couple of 3000k strips to help them along.
