Lumatek Attis 200w - settings and height?

Hello! Does anyone else own the Lumatek Attis 200w LED? It has settings for 20%, 40%, 60%, 80% and 100% - But I cannot find any information online for the recommended settings and height for each stage of growth... Hopefully someone here owns the same light and can share their experiences?

with a 200w - if you use for germination consider 20inches - 80% then in veg run 100% 24 inches, once in flower run 100% starting out at 20- and let you plant grow into light to 12 inches (can reduce to 80% last 2 weeks of flower (contact company for correct height's)
