Lumens dont effect plant growth true or false???

That was a fine answer that didnt say anything, at the very least you took a firm non commited stance so nobody can show you that you are wrong, well played sir, so everyone should shop for a full spectrum bulb with the highest lumen rating, so Hortilux is the worst bulb, Digilux is the best bulb and the rest fall in the middle. I guess its nutes that put that nice frost on buds and not the quality of light then. Those led and cmh guys all must be using Dynagro or somethin because their buds are nice
