Lux range during seedling<veg

I have these sprouts and I have then at around 8k lux since seedlings. I read that when they start to veg to lower the light to increase to 25k-50k lux. I'm wondering if these are considered seedlings still or not? Or if I should lower my light anyway. Any opinions or advice would help. Thanx

Out doors will be a lot more than 8k, move your temp/rh meter out of the light too
