MA Caregiver Info

Is there any info out there yet in regards to becoming an mmj caregiver i.e. growing limitations?
I see CT is only allowing dispensaries to grow, MA seems like it has the right idea with the "hardship" concept.

i dont think theres anything set in stone yet.

Currently, there is no regulation on the amount other than enough for a "60 day" supply. That exact amount is not going to be known until the regulations are made by the Dept. of Public Health in May 2013.

I'm praying that we will eventually get caregivers in CT.

The way the law is pretty vague,but does have the option of a caregiver for patients with hardship, My understanding of the law is that initially everyone will be in a hardship situation due to the fact that no dispensaries will be up and running.

If you have a recomendation you can produce your own medicine. There are no limits on plant #'s as of now but I would stay at 99 and under.
