if you think he does have your info plant some tomatoes and pepers and tell him to go right ahead and turn you in and if the cops show up file a report that he was stalking you and trying to black male you. then sell the equipment on craigs list and move to a new location(preferably where it is legal). if the cops don't show up pop some seeds in a couple months
