looks good. the tip burn is from nut burn. in that stage should be fine. make sure you are watering ontime when pot is noticable lighter verge of leaves drop almost..... don't you ever spray that stage of plant in bud with anything. unless bugs are present. then research it and a reliable source on bugs. forget the bug comment not in this discussion.
