fox farm soil, 1 1/2 tsp growbig and 1 tbs big bloom per gallon every two three days (when ever i touch the top of the soil and its dry)
Me personally, I'd upgrade those pots to at least a 3 gal, bigger roots bigger fruits.. Only if size of pots were a issue, if not I'd just go with a 5gal pot and call it a day.

Bare in mind your plants are telling you something; its saying " I am being over watered " so what does this mean? It means 1gal of water every 2 days is to much, like I mentioned just because the top is dry doesnt mean the bottom isnt moist considering thats where your root mass is, not on the top but the bottom...

Do a test, grab a empty 1gal pot fill it up with soil and water your soil and come back 2 days later and crack the soil open and feel how moist the middle and the bottom is; that will give you a good idea on what your soil truly is...

Id do 30% less water each feed, or do 50% less water then follow it the next feed with 75% water so its never the full amount but just keep switching from 50% and 75% you know what I am saying

If these were my plants, I'd upgrade the pot sizes to 5gal---I'd buy some magcal and I'd water 1gal today, and then in 2 days I'd follow up with a half gal, then 2 days later I'd follow back with 1 gal--and watch the growth and make sure the plant likes the water that its being given. If it wants more, give it more but keep in mind, a larger pot size will allow you to feed it 1gal water every 2 days and not get so water logged because it has plenty of soil appose to your 1gal pot size right now.

Dont over complicate things....Keep it simple, have fun--you'll learn as you go along.
