I have a book that talks about this, i can look it up for you when i get home. I think they put a unrooted cutting in rockwool, put a bag around that and put the bag in a hard plastic vhs box like they had at blockbuster. They said the succes rate was unpredictable, just depends how long its in the mail and what the temp is like.

So is growing weed in most states. Or buying/selling certain quantities weed, making hash, manufacturing with the intent to deliver etc......

And besides, who puts their real name on a package? I doubt they're going to fingerprint the package over a few clones.

Think things wayyy to much . Take a cutting put into rockwool or root riot plugs. Get a plastic bottle cut the lid off place the cutting into the bottle tape down the the cube so there's no movement put the cut lid back on tape it up put it into a box and send it . There's more dangerous things floating about the postal service .

None of those involve mail fraud or state to state commerce, which what the OP want's to do, does. Those are federal charges, no getting out of it, the stuff you listed, most likely will only be a state charge, the fed will only get involved if the state asks.

Next day mail is rushed but pricey but u could take some soil and get a baby diaper soaked it in water get it filled cut it open mix some of that to soil that would give it excellent moisture as far light I'm sure it could survive without light for a few days and cut a zip lock bag to make a piping bag like for a cake fill with soil tie off at the stem and to protect the foliage a solo over the top with careful and light taping

I really doubt feds are going to make sending four clones a federal case. I had a buddy in Illinois whose aunt sent him nearly pound of weed in glass jars, it was intercepted and neither him nor his Aunt got Federal charges pressed against them. You know what they got, a flipping warning. So yes, tell me about mail fraud and the dream police.

whats to say i didnt like you so ......... i decided to send you clones to get you caught up in a fed case ...... fake sender was trying to incriminate me ...... i know nothing about it ......

Zip lock bag with a lil splash of water. Put it in a soft cooler. maybe keep the cooler in the freezer overnight.

I've used this system with carry on luggage for clones. Sometimes the clones are a lil flat but they perk up,once under the light. It works with rooted and unrooted I assume it'll work in the post.

If you're using the USPS it's a federal crime end of story

Ive seen them shipped right across Canada this way
Go to a flower shop. They will sell you those little vials they put on single roses that they sell at bars etc.
Use some willow water (soak a willow branch in water beforehand) in the vial. Wrap it up in a Smelly Proof baggie in case it leaks and you are good to go. Done this about 3-4 times and they all lived.
