Main stem broke 1 month into flowering. Help! Urgent.

Hi.

I wasn't at my place for a few days and I trusted my mother to move the not flowering plants under the cfls(i only can afford one hps, so i move all my vegging plants out of the closet and keep the flowering one in) and she wasn't thinking or something and she tried to move the flowering one too, but the main stem was tied down(lst) and she almost ripped it off.
It was like a 70% snap kind of thing so the poor plant is only hanging by a thread.
It is flowering now for like a month(it finishes in two months)
Now I don't really know how to save it because replanting would be a massive stress, but I don't really know if it will pull through otherwise, and this is kind of a serious deal, because I don't have another one flowering yet and I don't think I can go thru another two months(I use it for medical reasons...among other things :P)
I am on a dry run since 4/20, and I am kind of going nuts now.
Can I save it? Should I start to flower the second one?

I know my only two shots are replanting or praying that it will reattach itself.
Please help me with this, I have never been this clueless about what I should do.

Tape it up (masking tape is good but duct tape etc is ok too), with a splint if you need to. It should be ok if you do it quickly..

Try and make sure you line the broken sections up as much as possible...

Thanks.
I wrapped gauze tightly over it and then taped it around. it is actually starting to pull the branches up(don't really know how to express myself)
A few hours ago it was all hanging, but now it seems it is starting to get back on its 'feet'.
Is that a sign of recovery, or not?

Thank you! I never pray. for this one, I did for sure. Another thing: My plants always had a stem wide of like three or four pencils wrapped together now they are only one and a half. am I doing something differently or the genes? Because I started thinking, and this would have never happened with my plants before. They were very sturdy and stabile. These...not so much.

It could simply be the strain. However stems, just like our bones, respond to exercise. If you have a fan blowing on them (not hurricane-hard, lol ... just enough to budge them) the plants get signals to strengthen the stem.

But halfway through flowering is a bit late to add a fan for that purpose. (You may still want it to avoid mildew and rot.) You may wish to stake your main branches and unload the plant a bit ... heavy flowers at the far end of branches are prone to breaking off. cn

thank you guys. I'll come to you next time if I need anything.
Just for the record, she is feeling fine now.
Gave her a shitload of water, and wrapped the broken part with gauze and kept it wet(the broken part wrapped around. figured it will keep it soft and prone to reattaching).
Trying not to get my hopes up yet, but it seems like I'll will be over the moon in a month again!
And then in a month after that!
