Main Stem Snapped

Unfortunately my main stem snapped after about 3 weeks worth of growth. After about a day i cut the stem to make the break cleaner. It's been about a week since the initial break and the plant is still growing out but im not sure if its gotten any taller. Is there anything i should do to facilitate vertical growth? or is it futile and it would be best to just start over?

If you even snap your stem again you can tape it up and it will heal itself. Plants are just like animals. They get injured, and they heal.
Superthrive is worth looking into. Google it. Its a very common product containing B vitamins and plant hormones to assist in growth and development.
