I am a Maine resident moving to Arizona, do you have any advice on a physician or advice on the program overall. I currently have a Maine medical marijuana card and am curious if it will be valid?
Approved Conditions for Medical Marijuana
- Cancer
- Glaucoma
- HIV/AIDS
- Hepatitis C
- ALS
- Crohns disease
- Alzheimers
- Cachexia or wasting syndrome
- Severe and chronic pain
- Severe nausea
- Seizures (including epilepsy)
- Severe or persistent muscle spasms (including multiple sclerosis)
YOu don't need any particular Dr. Any doctor will do. JUst print out the paper work off of DHS, and take it to any random Dr..Like he said. Your out of state card is probably not recognized in AZ,
but if you have valid reasons by AZ standards,
it's not hard to get an AZ approved DR. to do the paperwork for you I have found.
PROP 105 1998 Applies.... READ IT... What she does CAN NOT over ride what is written in law....Hijacking for a moment, but you definitely have an interest in this.
Arizona Governor Jan Brewer is about to file a lawsuit that will halt legalizing MMJ, please use the link below to see the details.
