Mainlined (5 tops) Cannatonic Clone

nice main line! ive only done topping fimming so far, does mainlining have a longer veg stage?i think i will try my next grow. do u have any pics of ur plant tied down in the way that made them look the way they are today?

Thanks man! Yea mainlining is cool because you can see where the 5 MAIN colas are and all the others are just smaller tops which is what you end up with a bunch of if you only top. The way i did it was I stripped the growth from the branches except for the tops and then wraped them in wire so I could bend them into shape. Then i also supercropped a bit higher up to help control the few that are a bit taller.. They got taller again eventually, but it too about an hinch or two off the height nicely without having to cut them at all and runi the mainline since it was already making alternating nodes at that point and dealing with those (which i had to for the whole plant since it was a clone) is a pain compared to just from a seed.

Can't wait to flower her for sampling. If she really is the "super-sativa" pheno then it should be 20+% thc up to ~26% potentially.

Took a cutting from her yesterday (even though I have the mother bonsai that looks completely different right now, and also another small bonsai in the works (the tutorial one) )

how long she been vegging for mate?
how long does it usually take(veg) to mainline? id imagine being in soil and with all the recovery she does it must take a couple of months...?

Yea its been a while.

This was april 16th. (would've had more tops and taken less time had it been from a seed instead of a clone)


She looked a bit more like her mom back then lol.
