I was referring to the thick mess all through veg and flower. I don't wanna deal with it....too much work all that shit. I keep it lazy.

What do you mean? You are removing your leaves, so how is it anymore difficult doing it at the end vs beginning.
My leaves thin themselves, at least the older and shaded ones, and show symptoms of problems pretty fast. Without them, i think i would have a harder time maintaining a healthy plant through flower.
I do open up the inside a bit for airflow. That pic is only 2 weeks into 12/12 and i dont do any thinning till the stretch is over.

It's not so much the work at the end vs beginning. It is the work throughout the entire process itself. My "work" is front-loaded when the plant is small and effortless to deal with. I only have 8 spaced out mains that need my attention. You have a mass of leaves and offshoots to deal with doing the usual canopy maintenance. You may debate that this is easy work and you don't mind it, perhaps you even enjoy it. Awesome. Have fun!

Then when we are talking about trimming, I simply do not want to deal with a plant that looks like this....too much work. I don't like it.

That is a long veg though I see the point behind it... I vegged my mainlines for 8 weeks and now after 8 weeks of flowering, they are getting floppy. I had to tie 5 colas up yesterday afternoon and secure another 5 against impending flop.

I fed si on a weekly basis this run and I did see an improvement over my last grow that I vegged for 6 weeks and had probably 15 floppy colas..maybe another 4 weeks would eliminate the need for any support...

Time spent watching the plant grow is better than time spent doing maintenance haha

What light are you using? Maybe too much red causing more stretch than wanted?
