major ROOT BOUND

i left my roommate with my clones for 2 months and he left them in beercups the whole time ,, buy the time i got back the cups where filled with roots!!!! the leafs are yellowing a little but they dont look dead!

will transplanting make it better, should i cut a bit of roots to air it up a lil???

do not cut the roots imo.

I agree, do not cut the roots. You could maybe try to loosen them up before you transplant, but definitely at least attempt to transplant and save the little girls.
