Makeing a grow dome???

Im getting ready to make my own grow dome,but I have a question lol i seem to have alot today for some reason but anyways should there be breathing holes in my dome and if so where should I put them??How long Should I keep them in it for until the sprout or a few days weeks?

Yes I mean clone dome but im useing it for my seedlings right now or do u think I should do it the regular way with a daylight cfl by its self? Im just getting a little feed back before I make any changes to my setup

I wouldn't keep them in there any longer than needed. Get them out in the open and let them fly high.
