I've watched a few vids on it but still to unsure of the whole process would really appreciate some info on this as I want to make some soon as this run has done thanks for looking
Go back a couple pages in this forum and find my tutorial.. it'll help you out a lot. been using 60 for yrs,good comm product but gotta go to 120 to melt half the weightbasically its a single screen dry sift. trichome size is 40 microns or less

So basically you can see from the videos someone working (what should be bone dry) plant matter over a silkscreen right? The trichombs are falling through the mesh. you then collect and press the remains. voila , hash!
I think most consider 65 micron screen ideal
Get a 90lpi and put it under the 60. Use my method. It's not exact but it's close and you will get full melt in seconds.been using 60 for yrs,good comm product but gotta go to 120 to melt half the weight
