dont seem all that new but yeah totally agree hash is the way to go with ya trim i done some gumby hash at the wkend VERY simalar to ur method n i got 15.2g of lovely hash from the trim of 9 big blueberry plants.

This method works pretty damn well. I did it this way for a long time before I finally bought bubble bags. I used cheesecloth between the strainer step and the first paper filter. It got out a lot of fine leaf particles. I had to buy the bags because I was getting way too much trim to run small batches. Now I can process 4 to 6 ounces at a time. My arm is starting to get strong from all the mixing in that 5 gallon bucket. I like the bags because I get separate grades of hash from powdery to downright gummy. On a budget though, you cant beat the method shown here. Good job man!
Note: Save and dry the trimmings and you can make oil out of it. The ice water just gets the resin and stuff off the surface of the plant material. The oil is still in there.
