Making Seeds 200cfl closet - CannaSutra x (CannaSutra, Pineapple Thai, Tahoe OGK)

I made some clones of the grow I have linked on my sig and plan to make seeds for future grows. I want to keep it small and simple so I selected a male and 3 lovely ladies, got some wine and played Barry White. I'm using a closet in a back room to keep them away from everything and a 200w cfl. Bare bones minimum grow to make these seeds.

Seletion Process for Strains and the my stage names for each plant:


Male
1. Of the 10 total CannaSutra and Tahoe OG seed starts, I only had two males, so that kind of narrowed it down as for males.
2. The CS showed sex much sooner than the OG and was growing small and stout like the CS indica pheno female (the only indica like small pheno female - for some reason I have three 5' tall leggy phenos when Sensi Star and Reclining Buddha are amost 90% or more Indica).
3. Rubbing on the CS male made my fingers smell of the spicy minty aroma documented in the Sensi Star reports.
4. The little rings under the branches (for support) were really defined and bulging out even more the the OG.

Females
1. Picked another CS. The tallest female that is about 3.5' now. I was considering the small indica pheno CS but the taller one smells minty too and looks like a big yielder in my setup and probably outside too.
2. Pineapple Thai because it is an awesome smoke and makes me feel like I'm on the beach.
3. OG Kush. She is my only OG female. Her branching is very nice and also seems to be growing really well in my system.

Follow up on this post:

The CannaSutra ended up being a flop. All but one female hermed on me, so I discontinued the seed making using the CannaSutra male. But,

bring on the Tahoe OG Kush male. The OG male was a basically a twin to the female plant after 3-4 weeks veg. I still had a clone of the male after I chopped it down in my grow room. So I just dug out the CannaSutra male (and female) and subbed in the OG male for my closet seed grow.

After about 9-10 weeks of flowering, I chopped down the bonsai/mini plants. So, after spending the $100 on the 5 Cali Connect seeds, only having 2 germ, I was happy I produced another 12 seeds of the OG x OG and 11 seeds from my pineapple thai.

I'm glad I culled the cs, because I really didn't like the smoke even though it is fairly strong. The taste is very bland and the effect is too tiresome for me to smoke other than at night. The one Tahoe OG female didn't produce huge, but the smoke was good and it was a very care free plant (which is not what you usually hear about OG's). The pineapple thai is my fav smoke to date that I've grown because of the taste and the medicating affects. It feels like you are at the beach after smoking it.

I just dropped 5 pineapple thai x tahoe og kush seeds in the water and will put in the jiffy's on the morrow. I'm hoping for an og with a sweeter taste and more medicating affect.
