Making software, need data. Free app.

Hi guys, I'm making a computer vision phone app that's gonna be free that allows you to point your phone or computer camera at your plants and it identifies a few things.
-stages
-neutrient deficiencies
-3d model and forecast your plants
The problem is I'm a student in Ohio and can only grow hemp. I need help getting plant data. As much data as possible from seedling to full flower timelapse.
Data on the plant during those days.

I’d check out journals for a start. Lots of really in depth ones on here and other sites
