now i got some blood and bone meal. thinking of putting a little of it, in the last few inches of my pots. when transplanting. any ideas on this? the box says to sprinkle bone on top of soil, taking care not to get too close to trunks. and maybe a little grainular fox farm bloom with the two. and of course, ill contine to feed flora nova, and big bloom. thoughts? just seeing if i can put i lil more meat on their bones.......lol.

Depends on what's in the FF Bloom. Blood meal is VERY high in nitrogen and is meant to be mixed in with the soil before planting or top dressed after your plants are up. Bone meal provides calcium and other trace elements.

I have used it ,
Mixed with coco & bat guano ,
maybe my flush didn't perform correctly , but the bud i grew did not taste good and the smell was bad.
It's very cheap to buy but i won't use it again...

I use both in my mix and make sure to give it at least 3-4 weeks to cook. Along with worm castings it makes for a nice low maintainance medium for 3-4 weeks. I use it lightly. Quarter tsp of each per gallon.
