I'm thinking after that post he should probably be removed from his dad's estate. If his brother could get a copy of it, the removal will probably be a slam dunk -

talked to the lawyer ,,,,wades passed trouble with irs is enough to block him from removing me and allows him to be revomed
lawyer saids it is good i can relax ....and i should make my mind up about if i want to do this solo or co when i see him on monday

thinking is not illegal and talking is most certinally not.........i plan no overt action to cause him harm i only plan to tell the truth .....this whole chat here was deciding on the lvl of truth i would expose .........as is i am paying a lawyer to be the mouth peice and make the choices on what to do to get the results i asked for

None of it makes sense anyways. I take it your brother isn't represented by an attorney. Any attorney who puts their name on a fraudulent filing would be at risk of losing his/her license. At worst, it's a crime.

He can't have you removed from anything, simply based on his word. That will involve motions, medical experts, etc. Can't happen .

Your Dad's real estate is public record. Brother can't hide that. That asset by itself precludes him from classifying it as a small estate worth only $50k.

You don't seem capable of disputing stuff in Court by yourself. Even simple, no-brainer stuff. Is there a reason why you won't hire a low level, inexpensive attorney to handle this minor issue?

any luck i will just sit there and let the lawyer talk .......that way i do not go off on a rant as i will be well doped up to keep from freaking out..most likely i will get pissed about what is said ....no filter or impulse control other wise ....court is where i learned the lesson smile and nod just smile and nod

Look dude, it sucks your losing a brother out of this but your gaining a crap load of money just hire the lawyer and take your half and move on. No point in putting bad karma on your shoulders to haul around...he wants to be that big of a pos let him atleast you know where he stands now, just live your life and let him live his...trust me I use to hold grudges and be an eye for an eye type person, nothing good ever came from it, and now I'm a level 3 astigmatism...somthing tells me you already know this

Sorting out legal matters is a puzzle for anyone and if you're struggling with bi polar disorder I would imaging trying to sort out this out is even more difficult. Just get some legal help ok?

i got a good guy .....the old lawyer refereed him to me
this lawyer is just for this case he is the one that will make sure wade can not remove me .....he actually told me i need to make up my mind if i want to allow wade to be co with me or if i want to do it solo ....i have to tell him monday

because wade did not pay taxes for 11 years ...got caught and had to pay a shit load to irs .....it shows wade is underhanded when it comes to money and that right there can be brought up in court and have him removed .....leaving out the current scam he is doing on the irs...meaning i am still on the high road (did not rat him out)

i am thinking about doing it solo and hiring a lawyer to hand it all so 100% legal a 3rd party was involded so wade can not take me back into court for anything later in life
