Have one plant that's looking like a male and another looking like a hermie, was looking for another opinion.

Male?

For the possible hermie what is recommended? Removing pollen sacs or possibly whole branches? Thank you! :)

Bummer :|
If you can remove all the male flowers, then do.
But I would bin them and start over...and try to work out why they hermied

Yeah...well if this were my grow I would be frikkin bummed because I am limited to 2 per grow and I would hack them both. But, that is just what I would do. I feel your loss dude and am whole heartedly sorry for you and your plants. If you have other plants in your grow you may want to consider what may happen there as well. All it takes is one spore and one pistil...the rest is as they say, history.

But, I also very much agree with @sworth ...find out why your plant hermied in the first place. You did not mention strain...are you growing bag seed? I am of the opinion after reading some of @RM3 posts that hermies are genetically pre-disposed and have little or nothing to do with cultivation. I am sure there are many who would not agree. Either way next time out you may want to consider researching and finding better genetics with traits you like.
