Thanks for looking!

I might just be another impatient noob:roll: but this plant's looking a bit different to the others:confused:

It's always been a bit odd since it nearly dried out around day 5 of the grow. Since then it's been about four days behind the others in growth.

Think i'm seeing female bits and male bits, see what you think...

Well there are definite pistels visible in the last 2 pics. Looks like balls in the other though. This is one plant? You should make sure there arent any light leaks as that can cause stress and lead to herms.

Well, I definetly see pistils. That rules out it being a male. How old are they and are they still vegging? a plant will show preflowers and start alternationg nodes when it is mature, no matter the light cycle. The only problem with that is some plants
preflowers will be deformed at first. Right now its too early to tell for sure.

Thanks for the quick replies good people!

Yes, the pics are all of the same plant. She's(or it's) on day 10 of flower and day 54-ish in total from seed.

Light shouldn't be an issue even tho i dark cycle in the day, they're in a tent and that's in a wardrobe. I'm going to recheck it all tho, because i'm worried that a little bit of light maybe be getting down the out take vent.

I'll have to wait it out for now, keeping a very close eye on it...

If thats the case it must be a genetic hermie, if it is a hermie. Did those appear b4 or after you flipped to 12/12?
They're nirvana fem snow white seeds, but like i say i did stress it bad early on. I've only really noticed them like that today, but i prob haven't been looking that hard since i saw the pistil hairs the other day and assumed she was a she.

If only once branch has hermie on it, can you just remove that branch?
Possibly, if it comes to that, was also thinkin of gettin some tweezers in there and nipping it's nads right off!

As an update, i think one may have a small hair emerging from it which would be good news! i'll try and get some more pics later...

If it were me i would move it outside...Im a cheap bastard, and being cheap has taught me a few lessions

Like male flowers will fuck you up, and so will trannies, just isolate it and grow it out, hell you paid for the seed
might as well get something out of it.

Thanks for your sound advice, but i'm really hoping that it doesn't come to that.

4 hours until lights on then maybe i'll know one way or the other...

I'm still thinking and hoping this could turn out to be a female...

Some fresh pics, most of these are shots of the same node from various angles. The 2nd to last is a random branch and the last one is the main stem...

Hate to say it dude, it's not female. It's male.

For my plants, I get the best shots at the preflowers at the 4th-5th node.

Really? you think they're totally male? I'm sure i see whispy bits on there too. Do males have these as well?

Well not many people are shouting female so i tend to agree with you dude. The only other thought i keep having is that it's too early to tell. But just in case i have now removed the suspicious looking balls, nipped them off clean. They were tiny but didn't appear to contain anything, reinforcing my niggle that i've acted prematurely, but hey it's all a learning experience.

I took a couple more shots before lights out. I could of swore they looked like hairs developing, but i guess i'll start seeing anything after staring at them for as long as i have been, like staring at clouds stoned, hey look there's Ghandi:eyesmoke:

Hermies are very very rare, too many people are quick to jump to that conclusion. The few hermies I've seen, they usually don't show 'hermie' until well after it's shown to be female. A hermie from seed, I don't believe it.
Normally, it's just banana like protrusion that sticks out from the already well developed bud.

Your plants aren't even mature yet.

My Aurora's dont show the spurs like that but I have grown bagseed that did. My plants show their female preflowers in pairs of pistils, always.
