I once had 4 sativa plants that would not flower with 12/12...so I went to 11/13 and it worked....hence I now always use 11/13

Old seeds have nothing to do with the plant not showing it's sex yet.

It was helpful. Someone that didn't know any better might get the idea that old seeds were the reason a plant doesn't show sex. It's not. There's already too much misinformation floating around the cannabis growing scene that we don't need anymore so I corrected you.
If you want a helpful idea then all I can tell you is to wait until the plant shows sex. Until then nobody can tell you if it's male or female. You even put in the title of the thread "no preflowers". If there are no preflowers then how the hell do you expect anyone to tell you the sex of the plant from some blurry photo's.
Any ideas? Yes, take a chill pill and wait. That's all you can do.

When plant becomes sexually mature it will show .
it can happen under most circumstances around week 5-7 of veg. However you will have to bump light something major if you want plant to stay “ on schedule “ ... poor lighting puts a drag on growth.

Of course it's not the seeds. The grower just doesn't have the patience for the plants to mature enough to show sex.
Saying the reason an immature plant isn't showing sex is because of old seeds is ridiculous. It's nonsense like this that has led to all the moronic cannabis bro-science many people follow. Enough is enough. Stop the madness. Cannabis is no different than any other plant. Just leave the damn thing alone and let it grow.
